Uber Eats integration for your POS

Uber Eats orders, straight to the till and the kitchen

Every Uber Eats order lands in Register and the KDS on its own, with its extras. The menu is published from Platomico and the order status goes back to Uber Eats on its own.

How Uber Eats connects to Platomico

  • Your Uber Eats store

Your restaurant already sells on Uber Eats and you can log in to Uber Eats Manager. If not, sign up first: the connection works on a store that already exists.

  • We request the connection

With your store link, we request it from Uber Eats through Sinqro, our integration partner. Uber confirms it and it's linked to your restaurant.

  • Your menu and your orders

The Platomico menu is published to Uber Eats and replaces the previous one, and every order shows up at the till and in the kitchen of the restaurant it's for.

Uber Eats, from Platomico

What you used to do on the Uber tablet, you now do from the same system as the dining room.

One menu

Change a dish or a price in Platomico and it's published on Uber Eats, without logging in to Uber Eats Manager.

Sold out without a tablet

Pause a product from Analytics and it stops selling on Uber Eats and your other channels.

Pause kitchen

When the kitchen can't keep up, pause it on Uber Eats from Live orders: 15 min, 30 min, 1 hour, 4 hours or until closing. It reopens on its own.

What stays in the Uber Eats app

Uber keeps some tasks in its Orders app and Uber Eats Manager, even with an integrated POS. Keep the app open on a phone in the kitchen.

  • The menu, only in Platomico

With an integrated menu, Uber asks you to change it from the POS. Each publish replaces the Uber Eats menu, so a change made by hand in Uber Eats Manager can be lost.

  • Cancelling, couriers and payouts

Cancelling an order (from «Adjust order»), the courier, Uber's payouts and its support stay in the Orders app and Uber Eats Manager.

  • The first few weeks

Uber gives the integration 11.5 minutes to accept each order; if it doesn't respond, the order is cancelled automatically. Keep the Orders app open to catch it in time.

On the same pass as the dining room

Uber Eats orders follow the same flow as your counter orders.

Have questions?

With the integration. Platomico connects to Uber Eats through Sinqro, and every order lands in the restaurant's Register and KDS on its own, without typing it in. Without an integration, the order arrives in the Uber Eats Orders app and someone types it into the POS.

Not to receive orders. The courier, payouts, support and cancelling an order stay in the Uber Eats Orders app and Uber Eats Manager. Keep it on a phone in the kitchen.

Yes. From Live orders, «Pause kitchen» stops new Uber Eats orders for 15 min, 30 min, 1 hour, 4 hours, until closing or until the time you choose. Orders already in the kitchen carry on, and the kitchen reopens on its own at that time.

With an integrated menu, it's best not to. Uber asks for changes to be made from the POS, and each publish from Platomico replaces the Uber Eats menu. Change dishes and prices in Platomico and they're published on their own.

Yes. Pause the product from Analytics and it stops selling on Uber Eats. When it's back, reactivate it from the same place.

Yes. Each brand has its own Uber Eats store and menu, and their orders land on the same kitchen screen, each ticket with its brand's name and colour.

Uber says it doesn't charge for the integration. The delivery platform connection costs from €29/month with 200 orders included up to €169/month with unlimited orders. Each extra order costs €0.30 and each connection €5/month. Prices exclude VAT. What Uber Eats charges per order is separate.
