How it works
Platomico's time clock records when each person starts and finishes on Register, with a 4-digit PIN or by scanning a QR code with their phone. Every punch is matched against the rota you build in Analytics: you see right away who's working, who's late and how many hours each person has done.

No. The QR changes every 12 seconds and only appears on the Register screen, so they have to be at the location.
Yes. Choose whether people clock in freely, only on days they have a shift, or only within their shift hours, with the margin you set before the start.
The punch closes itself after closing time and is flagged as an incident in the report, so you can review it.
Platomico stores each person's start and finish times, every day, and never deletes a punch. Export it to Excel with the daily log, hours and incidents.
Yes. Each week you see hours worked against contracted hours, and the export separates night hours (22:00 to 6:00) and Sunday hours.
