Platomico in Claude

Ask Claude about your sales, orders or team, and ask it to make changes. Anything sensitive waits for your approval.

How to connect

  1. 1

    Copy the Platomico link

In the dashboard, go to Settings › Integrations › Claude.

  2. 2

    Add it in Claude

In Claude's connectors, add a custom connector and paste the link.

  3. 3

    Connect and approve access

Claude brings you to Platomico so you can approve it with your account.

On Claude Team or Enterprise, only an owner can add it, from the organisation settings. Then each person connects it with their own account. Claude's free plan allows one custom connector.

What you can ask

  • “How much did we sell yesterday at each location?”
  • “Which products sold best this week?”
  • “Change Saturday's opening hours at my location to 12:00 to 23:00.”

Type it in a Claude chat with Platomico switched on.

You approve anything sensitive

Claude can do what you can do in your company. Before anything sensitive, such as a refund or a change to opening hours, it asks you to approve it in the dashboard with your own session, and then does it once, exactly as you saw it. You can disconnect it at any time in Settings › Integrations › Claude.

For developers

Create API keys in Settings › Developers and limit them to read-only, to certain data or to certain locations. Connect Claude Code, Codex or any other MCP client to the Platomico server, with your account or with a key. The API reference is public: one text file written for AI assistants, and the same content as OpenAPI.

Have questions?

We have the answers you need to move forward with confidence.

What you can see in Platomico, with your permissions: sales, orders, menu, locations and team. If you connect it with a read-only API key, it can only look things up.

No. Refunds, changes to opening hours and other sensitive actions wait until you approve them in the dashboard, with your own session. If the approval expires, Claude has to ask again.

Yes. The Platomico server follows the MCP standard. Settings › Developers › MCP has the setup for Claude Code, the Claude app and Codex.

What Claude reads from Platomico goes to your Claude account, so Anthropic's terms for your plan apply too. How we handle data at Platomico is in our privacy policy.
