No. They scan the QR and the menu opens in their phone's browser.

Can they pay from their phone?

Yes. They pay when they order, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

How does the customer get their order?

They pick it up at the counter when it's ready. The same website also works for takeaway and delivery orders.

Which languages is the menu in?

12: Spanish, Catalan, Galician, English, French, Portuguese, Italian, German, Turkish, Japanese, Chinese and Arabic. You translate the menu automatically and the customer picks their language.

What happens when a dish sells out?

Mark it as sold out on Register and, once you publish, it no longer appears on the digital menu.

Are there commissions per order?

No. We don't take a percentage of your sales. You only pay your Platomico plan.

How much does it cost?

It's included in the Growth plan: €149/month per location, plus VAT.
