Brain, shared memory for Claude and Codex

What your team knows, within your AI's reach

Brain keeps your team's processes, decisions and documents. Claude, Claude Code and Codex check them before they answer and save what they learn, so nobody has to explain the same thing twice.

Create account

Write it once. Your AI remembers.

Every AI chat starts from zero. With Brain, it starts with what your team already knows.

Create account

Everything in one place

Processes, recipes, suppliers and decisions, in spaces for the whole team or only for the people you invite.

Your AI finds it

It searches by words and by meaning, in English and Spanish, and reads only what it needs.

And keeps it current

When you decide something in a chat, the AI saves it as a memory. Next time, the whole team has it.

Built for AI to use well

Documents with context

Every document has a card: what it is for, the key facts and the traps. The AI reads the card before the whole document, and Brain flags cards that fall out of date.

Search that understands

Ask about “card refunds” and also find “Devoluciones”. Words and meaning together, across every space you can read.

Connected in a minute

In Claude, add Brain as a connector and sign in. In Claude Code or Codex, one command or one key. Your AI sees what you see, nothing more.

How it works

Four steps

  1. 1

    Create your account

With your Platomico account or a new one. Your team shares one workspace, with no locations or anything else to set up.

  2. 2

    Write or paste your documents

In Markdown, in folders. Every document can carry a summary and its context card.

  3. 3

    Connect your assistant

Claude and Claude Code connect by signing in. Codex uses a key you create in Brain.

  4. 4

    Ask, and let it learn

The AI reads the space's instructions first, searches for what it needs and tells you which document the answer comes from. What you decide, it saves as a memory.

Your AI does all the reasoning. Brain stores and searches; it never runs agents on its own.

For Claude, Claude Code and Codex

Brain is an MCP server. Any compatible client connects with this address:

MCP server

https://api.platomico.com/mcp/brain

  • Claude

Customize › Connectors › Add custom connector. Paste the address and sign in with your account. On Team and Enterprise, an Owner adds it first.

  • Claude Code

Run claude mcp add with the address, then /mcp to sign in.

  • Codex and other clients

Create a key in Brain › Connections, export it as BRAIN_API_KEY and add the server to ~/.codex/config.toml.

You stay in control

Each person, and their AI, sees only the spaces they have access to. Every change keeps the previous version, deleting from the AI needs an admin's approval, and Brain refuses passwords and keys pasted by mistake.

A place where your team keeps what it knows, as documents and memories, so Claude, Claude Code or Codex can read and extend it over MCP.

No. Create an account with your email and start. If you already use Platomico, sign in with the same account and team.

No. Brain stores and searches; the AI doing the reasoning is yours. To search by meaning, each text is turned into vectors with an OpenAI embeddings model.

Your team, in shared spaces. Private spaces, only you and the people you invite. Your AI sees exactly what you see.

Every change keeps the previous version, and you can look it up. If the AI tries to delete a document, it needs an admin's approval.

No. If a text contains a password or a key, Brain refuses it and tells you which line it is on.

The app is in English and Spanish, and search finds documents in either language even when you ask in the other.
